On January 20 and 21, 2010, in the welcoming setting of the Villa Medicea di Cerreto Guidi, near Florence, the COURSE ON MODERN BIODYNAMIC VITICULTURE AND WINE TASTING OF “BIODYNAMIC WINES” WHITE AND RED — “Energy and Matter in 21st Century Agriculture” — was held, led by agronomist Dr. Leonello Anello.
In collaboration with ISAB Consulting and the Biodynamic Agricultural Sciences Section, with the patronage of the Municipality of Cerreto Guidi.
The seminar, aimed at motivated professionals, attracted a strong participation of winegrowers and technicians from various areas of Tuscany as well as different regions of Italy (Veneto, Friuli, Trentino, Piedmont, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo, Umbria, Sardinia).
The goal of the seminar, held over two productive days of in-depth study, was to teach the fundamentals of biodynamic vine cultivation and winemaking, guided by the expertise and practical experience of an Agronomist who clearly laid the foundations of the modern biodynamic method, dedicating his entire professional life as a researcher and consultant to this field.
