“As mentioned yesterday at the seminar with Laurentiu Horodnic, events like this (in a positive sense) force us to revisit many of the ‘certainties’ we thought no longer needed to be questioned. Based on the wines we tasted, I can (for now) confirm one thing: the diversity of this wine is… vital — both as a sensory experience and as a ‘philosophy/wisdom for the future’ to strive toward. I confess I’ll never again look at this approach or these wines the same way after this event.”
