Program:

PART 1

• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  The scientific foundations and language of Biodynamic Agriculture.

• 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  Applying the principles of Biodynamics to the soil. Working with the elements and ethers: “earth,” “water,” “air,” and “fire.”

• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  Lunch break

PART 2

• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  Crop protection in biodynamic vineyards: research and practical applications. Canopy management.

• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  Transforming biodynamic grapes into biodynamic wine: white and red wines. Guided tasting and practical application.

The seminar will take place in Tuscany, at VILLA ORATORIO – Via Palandri – Limite sull’Arno (FI).
