November 23rd to 25th, 2012, at the Politeama Pratese Theatre
Vinology 2012 was born as the first in a series of events dedicated to biodynamic wine, in collaboration with agronomist Dr. Leonello Anello and F.I.S.A.R. Prato.
The expo is specifically designed to bring together producers at a national level and to introduce this type of wine to both international buyers and the general public.
During the event, there will be panel discussions, guided tastings, and many other initiatives aimed at spreading knowledge about biodynamic wine.
The goal of the event is to highlight this sector to facilitate its development and recognition process, creating an opportunity for professionals and producers to meet and engage in dialogue, while also educating the public about this method of grape cultivation and the unique qualities of its wines.
The event is organized by the Cultural Association ARTERIA, the first national-level laboratory dedicated to local businesses, focused on research, innovation, marketing, and excellence in design.
