In recognition of the effectiveness of an agronomic and oenological method that has been codified and refined over the years—the Modern Biodynamic Method—and of the excellent results it allows both in the vineyard and in the cellar, we have created and registered, both nationally and internationally, the quality label i vini biodinamici®, along with its logo.
This is not a commercial trademark. It is granted free of charge to producers who work according to the Modern Biodynamic Method. Upon request and following verification, they may apply the i vini biodinamici® neck label exclusively to those bottles that, year after year, meet the established production standards as well as the required organoleptic and analytical characteristics.
The sale and distribution of wines bearing the i vini biodinamici® label is the sole and full responsibility of the individual producers, who are free to operate independently on the market or to join forces in whichever form they consider appropriate—provided the name and trademark are used correctly.
It follows clearly from this that other biodynamic wines—those not produced according to the Modern Biodynamic Method and lacking official recognition under this quality label—may not legally be presented under this name at tastings, exhibitions, fairs, publications, press releases or similar events (as unfortunately occurred during the most recent edition of Vinitaly)
